It’s certainly not business as usual at the moment. And just like I’ll remember those kind people who delivered a case of wine and pea and ham soup to the Vicar next door, it’s the same with brands. Right now, many brands are demonstrating what they stand for through words and actions, influencing their people, customers, partners and communities. The best are creating positive, long-lasting impressions by how they act and communicate through the current situation.
